"How long will my order take to arrive?"
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery takes 5–11 business days in total from the time you order. These are estimates, and deliveries can occasionally take longer during busy periods such as Christmas.

"Where do you deliver?"
We currently deliver to the United Kingdom only. Standard delivery is free on every order.

"How does shipping work?"
We work with trusted suppliers and fulfilment partners, so your order is shipped to you directly from our partners' warehouses, which are often overseas. If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate parcels. Every order comes with a tracking number, which you can follow on our Track Your Order page.

"Can I get my order in time for Christmas?"
For Christmas delivery, we recommend ordering by 7 December.

"How can I return an item?"

We aim to reply to every email within 24 hours, including weekends.
