Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Nuvixa. If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Your right to cancel (14 days)

  • You can cancel your order and return your item within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.
  • Please return items unused and, where possible, in their original packaging.
  • To start a return, email support@nuvixa.store with your order number and we'll send you the return address. Please don't send items back to the manufacturer.
  • Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, you're responsible for the cost of sending it back.

Personalised items

Personalised (custom-engraved) items are made to your specification, so they can't be returned for a change of mind. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Damaged, faulty or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or with items missing, email us with Damaged/Missing Item Claim in the subject line (a photo helps). We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, including any return costs.

Parcel not arrived

If your parcel hasn't arrived, please contact us. If the carrier can't confirm delivery to your address, we'll send a replacement or refund you.

Shipping address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us straight away so we can correct it before your order is processed.

Order changes and cancellation

Need to change or cancel your order? Contact us as soon as possible. Orders can usually be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, before they are processed.

Refunds

  • Once we've received your return (or proof that you've sent it), we'll refund you within 14 days to your original payment method. It usually appears within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
  • For change-of-mind returns we refund the item price and the original standard delivery charge (standard delivery is free).
  • Sale items have the same return rights as full-price items.
